I have taken my car here for service almost every series except 1x. The staff are very pleasant but what frustrates me is the tech documents he/she does a tire rotation and it is NOT done. I can guarantee except 1x. The staff are very pleasant but what frustrates me is the tech documents he/she does a tire rotation and it is NOT done. I can guarantee it isn’t. Several times i had a leak in my tire and lie and behold that tire was in the exact same spot that it was when i brought it in there. Impossible they did the rotation or they putting the tore in the exact same spot. It says they reset my oil life sensor— it was not— i reset it once i got home as well as reset my air filter sensor which they claimed i needed to change it though it still had 45% life. Said they did a break inspection on the checklist— well my brakes are scratching/ rubbing— but hey maybe they not that bad. I just have little confidence in this location. The ONLY time the Chevy dealership has rotated my tires is when I took it to the East Washington location. I’m not sure I will continue to use Blossom bc if i can’t trust them to do the maintenance— i’m not confident in their diagnostic skills More
