It always take an inordinate amount of time for service to be completed. I arrived in time for my appt. I was there for 2 1/2 hr for an oil change and tire rotation. There was one person ahead of me and to be completed. I arrived in time for my appt. I was there for 2 1/2 hr for an oil change and tire rotation. Normally I enjoy coming to Blossom for my car service needs, but this time was not great. I dropped my car off at 9am and I was told it would only be a few hours. I called at 3pm to figure out what was g needs, but this time was not great. I dropped my car off at 9am and I was told it would only be a few hours. I called at 3pm to figure out what was going on and I was told they pretty much forgot about my car. They rushed to complete the work and I did not receive it until 5pm. If I had known it was going to take all day I would have adjusted my schedule. Very inconsiderate. More
