Seth was very personable and helpful. There were a few communication challenges as I have a bust schedule and it was difficult to answer the phone during business hours, but they used alternative methods like texting to keep me up to date. I had a great experience. The auto damage adjuster kept me up to date when it came to expected repair completion and if there was a change he contacted me immediately.
