Ashley was my service contact, and she did a great job in helping me with my 2010 Chevrolet Impala. This was an emergency situation, and had to have the car towed to the dealership, not knowing the exact cau helping me with my 2010 Chevrolet Impala. This was an emergency situation, and had to have the car towed to the dealership, not knowing the exact cause of the issue. Due to the timing it took some time to be looked at, issue diagnosed. The battery needed replaced, unexpected, rear brakes also (a known need) we're taken care of. Money was the deciding factor, and was able to keep bill doable, and financed through Sunbit. Overall, as frustrating as this was, Blossom employees took care of me as well as they could. More
