On April 11, 2024 I had an unexpected warning light displayed on my car. Blossom Chevrolet was the closest dealership to my location. I walked in at 3:00pm without an appointment and as a new customer displayed on my car. Blossom Chevrolet was the closest dealership to my location. I walked in at 3:00pm without an appointment and as a new customer to Blossom Chevrolet. Morgan P, Service Advisor, was very welcoming and listened to my concerns. She went out of her way to fix the problem and provided the necessary information if I needed it for future reference. Morgan helped make a frustrating situation into a tolerable thirty minute wait. I was beyond impressed with her quick assistance and her positive attitude. If every employee was as accommodating as Morgan P, I would definitely consider buying my next car through Blossom Chevrolet. Great work Morgan and thank you so much for all of your help! More
