I brought my car in for service and noticed something leaking from under the hood the thermostat was changed and coolant was leaking out. Picked up on Thursday and couldn’t get back until Monday. I hope leaking from under the hood the thermostat was changed and coolant was leaking out. Picked up on Thursday and couldn’t get back until Monday. I hope this didn’t damage my engine… then a bill was created the cashier was nasty because the service was no charge to repair the problem . She handed me the bill and the service guy stated this should be no charge. She snatched the paper from him. And reprinted the no charge. Why was she so bitter it was was clearly an oversite from the service manager. I didn’t appreciate her attitude. I am the one who had to take time out of my sleep to sit for several hours to get my car reserviced. On something that should have been resolved the first time. I gave a rate of 1 the star keeps moving as I exit the system More
