The sales dept is terrible. John ignored me for over 30 mins when all I wanted to do was test drive a truck while mine was being serviced. He lost me as a customer. The collision repair took much longer than expected; however, I am completely satisfied with the body work. My vehicle was returned to me with the engine service light on, I was told that the engine was however, I am completely satisfied with the body work. My vehicle was returned to me with the engine service light on, I was told that the engine was calibrated, but that the light was on probably for other reasons which may fall under my vehicle's warranty protection. However, I surmised that the engine light reasonably needs to be reset! More
