Once the long awaited parts and the dealership computer system came back, I was given an appointment that worked with my schedule. There was a dissapointment however, I was offered an appraisal on my vehic system came back, I was given an appointment that worked with my schedule. I was most Dissapointed by the value that was given to me as it was about 1/3 less than the wholesale lowest book value, and more than 50% less than Kelly Blue Book Value! I found these numbers that were offered to me to be insulting. In fact I offered to pay cash for 10 vehicles like mine for the price that was offered to me to aquire my vehicle. So far I haven't had any offered to me. More

$99 charge/issue per Brian Olson. I thought I had a 3-yr bumper to bumper warranty. Brian said all dealerships have been doing this for years. Nick was very helpful in diagnosing the issues with my car when another mechanic shop could not. The work done was reasonably priced. The one downfall was that they lost the paperwork apparently and so my car when another mechanic shop could not. The work done was reasonably priced.
