After a near death experience due to the negligence from another Jeep dealer on our vehicle, we had this vehicle towed to their location and even shorthanded, on a busy Monday morning before he holidays, they treated us like royalty! What a treat to realize there are still good people in this world that believe in taking care of the customer. From the receptionist to the service advisor to the managers and sales personnel, everyone was so delightful. I will never FORGET IT! Kudos to these guys, they ROCK! More

Bought a new Jeep Grand Cherokee from Bloomington Jeep and 3 days after the warranty ended the service department tells me the steering rack is leaki Bought a new Jeep Grand Cherokee from Bloomington Jeep and 3 days after the warranty ended the service department tells me the steering rack is leaking and when I asked if they could help me out..... Guy (the service writer) says we offered you the extended service plan and you refused. I was in for an oil change and just as I was told about the steering rack the person doing the oil change ran my Jeep into a metal stand up tool box! I will never be back! Sorry, I'm not a complainer but not at all the type of service I expected! More
