Requested maintenance on the vehicle was not completed but yet I was called for pickup. I was also not given an estimate on some cosmetic work and told the costs when the work was already completed and th but yet I was called for pickup. Lastly, because the requested maintenance wasn't completed, they had to hold my car an extra day. When the work was completed I was never given a call for pickup and communicated a status update on my car when I specifically requested it be ready before close of business for pickup for the weekend. Luckily it was when I showed up as I told Anthony I could not go the weekend without my car due to personal reasons but final paperwork and such needed to be mailed to accommodate the pickup. It was a frustrating experience and very unprofessional. More
