Overall, the staff were friendly and helpful. It took a really long time for parts to come in, and then my vehicle was in the shop for three weeks. I have had questions that didn't get answered unless I asked repeatedly. I have called twice with a follow up question regarding Warranty coverage of the Environmental package and was told I would hear back, but I still haven't. More
