I went for a recall on both my airbags, job took about 4hrs. They called a Lyft for my transportation home and back to the dealership. I gave a 4 Star rating because the tech must of used a screwdriver in 4hrs. They called a Lyft for my transportation home and back to the dealership. Also, they forgot to clear the airbag warning light from the dash. Besides that great work as usual. More

Deceptive, had extended warranty and told me I was not covered, and repair was $1800! I called the warranty company and found out I was covered! When he told me my truck was ready he mentioned I owed a $200 deductible, I called the warranty company again they said if I go to the issuing dealer no deductible, I let the service know and he said he would see if they would approve it, of course it was approved! When I go my no charge invoice it listed all the parts and labor charges, it came out to $1014.00 dollars, almost $800 less then what he quoted me.
