Well, we have a 2020 Compass…. We liked it so much we purchased a 2023 last June. We have had an ongoing problem with keeping air in one of the tires…. We have taken it in twice. The same answer it doesn’t leak….. it is still losing air….. Don’t understand why we have to fight with dealership to get a new tire put on. Very frustrating and disappointed to say the least. At this time I will have to put more air in again. Please help solve this issue… ty More

Service overcharged for parts. Quoted me $1,200 for 1 tie rod. Asked for explanation of charges and they said 2 hours for labor ($205/hr = $410). (Which is way overpriced to begin with). So doing the math this should come to about $710 right? WRONG. They said it would be $1,200! Then when I asked for an itemized print of charges they wouldn’t provide it. The mechanic I talked to said as great help and understood what needed to be done but the service department is just looking to take your money. I will not be doing service here ever again. More
