He assisted me in getting the mechanical issues corrected through the service department. During the entire duration, I was treated with respect and a genuine desire to make me happy. The service manager gave me a replacement vehicle to use until my vehicle was ready. Once it was ready, the service manager drove out to my home and dropped off my Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk.
