Great service & great price - You couldn't ask for more. We live in the middle of nowhere. My wife called all the Dodge dealers within 100 miles to find the best price on a new Durango Limited. Bloomington CDJ quoted the lowest price by around $2,000. She talked with the sales manager (Don) and set up an appointment for me. I drove to the Twin Cities the next day. Don met me at the door and introduced me to Heidi, the sales person he had assigned to me. She was only 5'3" but knew her stuff. She had the Durango warming up for me (sub zero temperatures) shortly after I arrived. No high pressure, which was appreciated. We went on a short drive and she told me about the vehicle features. She was cheerful, knowledgeable, and helpful.. When we got back to the dealership, she had someone check out my trade-in while she took my information. One thing I noticed at the dealership was how happy people seemed to be. I saw two people jump into their "happy dance" while I was waiting. Kind of funny, but true. They offered me a fair price for my trade-in, so I bought the vehicle, Don the sales manger came over to chat with me while I was waiting for the paperwork to get processed, He wanted to make sure that I was satisfied with everything. Then Rob came over and introduced himself. He prepared the paperwork. A numbers guy, but friendly. He carefully explained what every form was for and made sure that I understood. Very efficient. While I was with Rob, Heidi was gassing up and washing the vehicle. Before I left with my new Durango, Heidi made sure that I knew I could call her with any questions. All in all, my experience with this dealer was great. I have no complaints and would not hesitate to use them again in the future. More

What a treat to realize there are still good people in this world that believe in taking care of the customer. From the receptionist to the service advisor to the managers and sales personnel, everyone was so delightful. I will never FORGET IT! Kudos to these guys, they ROCK! More

Guy (the service writer) says we offered you the extended service plan and you refused. I was in for an oil change and just as I was told about the steering rack the person doing the oil change ran my Jeep into a metal stand up tool box! I will never be back! Sorry, I'm not a complainer but not at all the type of service I expected! More

I can safely say this was a completely different buying experience. No high pressure, no "tactics", just real help and good information.
