Donnie, the salesman, and Doug White, the general manager, were both friendly, professional, and honest. We arrived at a price and I had the vehicle shipped to Tennessee. It was as described and pictured. They sold it at a fair price and provided great service. I would recommend them as a reputable car dealer. More
Sales person makes a personal call on test drive and smells of smoke. Sales person assumes my Husband is purchasing vehilce and talks to him instead of me, the person purchasing. Sales person claims they are a haggling type of dealership and then does not haggle on price.The posted sticker price was not correct (false advertising) and only find this out at the financing step - they charged $1000.00 more! They ripped off sticker price before we could go back out and show them what it was posted at (sneaky). Fianancing person repeatedly said he was so tired from 15 hour shift - had to reprint paperwork to get correct (made the process longer) then turns out a few days later get a call from dealership that paperwork was not fillied out correctly so I have to drive there to correct. Had to fight for the proper accessories that should come with vehicle - floor mats, DVD remote. Explained we feel we got ripped off next day, offered to take vehilce back but that process would leave us even more in the hole - pay for mileage, already serviced the vehicle - automatic door stopped working, oil change and inspection, plus be left with out a vehicle because traded ours in. When I called to get road side assistance number because the side door would not close and I was stranded, the service person was nice and gave number and explained options but then I was forwarded to an angry person that was offended that I perfer to got to a different dealership to have the vehicle looked at - gave me a disrespectful attitude I have not encountered in my many years working with at risk teenagers - he told me that is was my problem then, I told him to have a nice day. Feel as if I have been taken advantage of on so many levels and am so mad! More

I wasn't greeted when I entered multiple times, I asked for help and the lady was very arrogant as though I was inconveniencing her. Both sales associates I worked with either couldn't answer my questions for help and the lady was very arrogant as though I was inconveniencing her. I have to say that this was probably the most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. I'd been to some other dealerships that had better reviews, but in most of those cases, I felt I was treated quite poorly. Our salesperson James could not have been nicer and easy to work with, and he even came in on his day off when I came to pick up the car. The price of the Jeep was excellent, and the trade-in offer they gave me was what I wanted. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone. More

The salesman, Lucas was OK to work with, but the used car manager basicially told me I didn't have a clue what I was talking about when I questioned their low ball offer on my tradein. I bought a Chrysler 200 S series Sedan last night. The vehicle was explained to me in great detail by Chris.
