He was very considerate of my 3 year old son that tagged along and even got him a snack to help us get threw. I was very nervous as i had a very bad experience at Morries 3 years prior. I can say that this experience was excellent. Although some issues arose with the vehicle after purchase Donnie was very proactive and helpful. I got in contact with the used car manager Jeff and he was extremely helpful and used information that Donnie had already passed on to get things figured out. They were able to assist me to get everything taken care of. I still have a few things to get done but so far they have been nothing short of amazing. I am so glad that i went with this dealer!!! The dealership was right across the street from the hotel we were staying at. Went to test drive the Challenger whith the help of Tim Murrary. We only had 30 minutes and Mr. Murrary was busy with many costumers, yet he made us feel special and a priority. The test drive had me wanting to buy the car at that moment. My wife convinced me to calm down and we told Mr. Murrary we would be back on Monday morning after we thought over it Sunday evening July 2nd. Mr. Murray was there at 10am on Monday morning and we said we would take the car. It was straight forward price and everthing was exposed about the car history that Mr. Murrary showed us. I or my wife have not bought a car in over a decade because we work for companies and we work in the field and provide us cars. Mr. Murrary was no pressure and spent extra time on making sure all of my questions were answered and major things to be aware of in the Challenger. As I stated I havent bought a car privately in over 10 years and it was a extreme pleasure working with Tim Murrary and the dealership. Let alone I live in IL and bought this car in MN. It was a great drive home. I should mention the car was very well detailed and clean. I explained to Mr. Murrary that I wanted a 2014 Challenger since that was the last year that they had the old taillights I really liked over the new design that took effect in 2015.
