He messed up and provided the finance person with a lower number. So he had the finance guy call us and explain what happened. We were pretty understanding of the whole thing (even if it did increase our monthly payments), but the fact is the manager hid from us and made everyone else clean up his mistake. Since that is the leadership that is there we will be shopping at another dealership for cars in the future. More
