Well not sure where to begin as it is not really anything that has happened yet. I simply responded to a text from a women at the store/dealership there about my Jeep and I mentioned a question on the brake that has happened yet. I simply responded to a text from a women at the store/dealership there about my Jeep and I mentioned a question on the brakes not feeling totally smooth all the time . I just bought the 2022 JGC with only 22,000 miles on it. She said on two separate occasions that someone from service would be reaching out to me to see if they could get me in for a look at it and fix if needed...But I have not heard anything at all from the service area. Quite frankly I was surprised that someone would even reach out to me but I thought since she said it would happen...I'd wait and see . And as I guessed nothing has happened . I was not overly impressed with the buying process and financing process as I know for a fact that I was taken advantage of on both fronts. What I was given for my trade.... what I paid for the the used car...and what I paid for the extended warranty and the interest rate. In retrospect I should have played a bit more hard ball...because I have a vey sour taste in my mouth over it all. And quite frankly I'm now underwhelmed by the service area based on the above story. If anyone is interested in the numbers involved that I am referring to regarding the trade, the purchase and the financing and warranty I'd be happy to share. Plus my service concerns . Dealer was rude and unpleasant. Was not willing to listen to the flaws I noticed on the vehicle, and said to me, and I quote, “it won’t break my heart if you don’t buy this vehicle!
