I was misled by Max. Although he was personable, he was not honest with me during the purchase of my Jeep. He sent me a video of the Jeep I was interested in after I had sent him ALL the specs; except it wasn’t the correct Jeep. It was one with a black top. I’m assuming he didn’t want me to see the damage in the front right bumper and fog light that I’ve now discovered after the Jeep has been washed a few times. I scheduled an appointment to test drive and see the Jeep in person which he rushed me through, not wanting me to drive it on the highway. Who buys a vehicle worth 38 k and doesn’t test drive it on the highway? I loved the Jeep and moved forward with its purchase. Of course I didn’t know about the touch up work done to cover up the accident that I was not advised about. I would not have purchased this vehicle had I been advised of the accident and damage that was covered up. At any rate, it’s a done deal and I’ve ordered a new front bumper. I will not recommended your dealership or Max. This is a prime example of why used car salesman get a bad rap! Berinthia Desrosiers More

Absolutely horrible customer service from the used car sales manager, very condescending and dismissive.
