Help when nobody else would! Pat and Joe were fantastic! This was the easiest car buying experience ever! These guys were helpful, polite and didn't make empty promises. Due to an illness to my wife and loss of our business and half our income we were forced into a bankruptcy. Needless to say our credit was less than stellar and due to a recent accident where our car was totalled, we needed a new vehicle desperately. After getting empty promises from several dealers who claimed they couldn't get us financed and tried to steer us to more expensive new vehicles with outrageous payments and interest rates, I decided to give this dealership a try. Not only were we able to get financed but Joe saved us money on the down payment and got us a better rate on a used car than we were getting on a new car which is almost unheard of! They were professional throughout the process and made it hassle free while still showing courtesy and compassion for our situation. These guys are the best and they don't have junk cars. Very impressed with theach quality and condition of the cars on their lot as well. I brought my wife back to drive her new van home and she was ecstatic and couldn't be happier with our 2010 Volkswagen Routan. She was just as happy when I told her how low our payments were. I would highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a quality used vehicle without breaking the bank! Pat and Joe, you guys rock! More
