I have since needed service on the car and I have been to the dealership about 3 times and they not only were more than I bought a used car from them. I have since needed service on the car and I have been to the dealership about 3 times and they not only were more than accommodating, offering me a loaner car when the work would take longer, but did not charge me. The shop will come out showing me the damaged part and completely include me in every detail and lay out every option. Joe has been great and no matter how many times I call, he is always willing to help and be as accommodating as possible. Also, the car buying experience was great as well. We dealt with Pat, who could not have been more inviting and did not pressure us at all. I am someone who may need some time to make a decision and he was understanding of this and explained everything every step of the way. I am so happy we bought from them and would no doubt buy from them again - just for the service alone! More
