Barb at the dealership was fantastic! She kept in contact with me about everything. I was coming from out of state and she even arranged for someone to pick me up at the airport. There were some things listed on the vehicles details that were incorrect , so I would say to double check everything. Luckily, it was nothing major. As far as the registration part of the car, the dealership was just going to transfer my old vanity plates to my new car. That didn’t go as expected and I had to go to the DMV myself and fix it. Somewhat of a hassle. Overall, my experience was very good and I recommend working with them. More
They have stopped responding to emails and phone calls about a legacy I bought in December. I was 8 months pregnant with my infant son (11 months old) and left waiting over 9 hours for the car to be ready about a legacy I bought in December. I was 8 months pregnant with my infant son (11 months old) and left waiting over 9 hours for the car to be ready for me to bring it home at the time of purchase. I should have walked away then!! Within 3 days of having the car it would stall when started on rainy days! I contacted them and even a Subaru dealership couldn’t find the issue because the computer wasn’t reading the error. Few days later when in labor the car was completely dead and wouldn’t start!!! They paid the battery replacement and acted like they would take care of my window issues… fast forward 2 days later all my lights on the dashboard went on removing my traction control, eyesight, engaging the parking break and abs lights. I found out from the Subaru dealership that whoever did the breaks damaged the sensor and played with it to make it work just until it became my problem…. That’s why they kept me 9 hours waiting for the car to be ready!!!!! They have been ignoring me since!!!!!!DO NOT GO HERE!!!! More

So it all started out well for the sale of my truck of course. It’s everything after that, that went to xxxx. The shocks are shot and they say the shocks are fine- another shop agreed with me but I’m not course. It’s everything after that, that went to xxxx. The shocks are shot and they say the shocks are fine- another shop agreed with me but I’m not going to pay for new shocks when the car is under the 60 day warranty. Within a week a check engine light went on- they “fixed” it. Ok great- except the check engine light came on again THE NEXT DAY. By now it’s the 3rd visit in which I had to drop off the truck dragging my wife and toddler with us as we needed to get back home while they kept the truck to be fixed. First visit for the “I owe you” seat upholstery fix. Second for the first check engine. Third for the second check engine. I go in asking for an extended warranty since there’s obviously issues they are not addressing properly. They laughed at us and their best “offer” was to take the truck back but we would pay all the fees and registration etc since it’s “not their money it’s the states money”. So we will see how long this truck lasts me. Horrible customer service from Bobby. Maybe their service will improve- but it probably won’t. Don’t buy a car here expecting it to be a good one and don’t expect to get good service or for them to fix their mistakes. More

This place has the worst customer service ever. I went to purchase an Audi Q5 I saw advertised on CarGurus. The listing said the car had NAVI but it didn’t. Their price was a lie. They were very aggressive with trying to force you to use their financing. I’d never refer them to anyone and I plan to file a complaint with BBB. I ended up purchasing a car in NJ and I am So happy I did. More
Be aware buying from here especially if your from out of state!! I’m from NY and I’m now waiting 2 months and the third party company they use to transfer the registration still hasn’t processed my paperwor state!!
