We emailed back and forth quickly to close a deal and I felt confident enough in my interaction with Tom to drive 7 hours from Maine to purchase the vehicle from him. I was not disappointed. Very friendly staff there. Marissa, the finance officer was super friendly and had me in and out of the office in about 30 minutes. Not including the test drive I was on my way home in my new truck in less than an hour after arriving. Please do not go to the Blasius North dealership,  they are deceitful,negligent and unwilling to have the manufacturer fix your vehicle.   They would rather fix it with bubble gum and paper clips.  I'm s are deceitful,negligent and unwilling to have the manufacturer fix your vehicle.   They would rather fix it with bubble gum and paper clips.  I'm sorry this is so long but this is an abbreviated version showing how one dealership can create such havoc for a consumer.  I dealt with Blasius North, Torrington, CT. In purchasing a 2018 Jaguar XF RSport.  One of the most beautiful cars I've ever seen.  This dealership has a 4.8 rating, which prompted me to drive 1 1/2 hours to this location.  Approximately 45 minutes into my ride home, I notice the car feels like it's pulling a boat, then the Service Required light appears, Then the Start/Stop malfuntioned (etc). Within 5 weeks, after almost getting into an accident because the Lane Keep Assist stopped working, I brought the car to a Jaguar dealer (out of pocket). The vehicle had 13 error codes, so again (out of pocket) had the vehicle towed back to the dealership.  I filed a lemon law complaint and will enter into litigation.  Safe yourself the aggravation.
