I was not happy with sales tactics at this dealership. I assumed with the progress of the internet, old school trickery would be gone. Buyer beware! I assumed with the progress of the internet, old school trickery would be gone. Buyer beware! More

Example rotating tires for get to reset air pressure sensor. This happened three times. They damaged my oil pan told me I needed to pay to fix it. When doing oil changes, they say they top off all fluids, but my coolant was leaking and they never topped it off twice . So considering I bought unlimited tires and unlimited oil changes, that’s the only service they’ll ever get for me and I will never buy a car from there ever More
Tricked me into getting the service and tires for life packages only to find out they’re only good at this specific dealership. Was never told that. Sleazy packages only to find out they’re only good at this specific dealership. Was never told that. Sleazy More
One of the best experiences buying a car. All the staff were friendly and courteous. I told them I wanted to base the sale on the out the door price, not monthly payment and there was no push All the staff were friendly and courteous. I told them I wanted to base the sale on the out the door price, not monthly payment and there was no pushback whatsoever. I was presented with a summary worksheet. We revised it a little bit and then I was given an updated one to sign. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is because I made an appointment for a test drive 2 days in advance and when I got there the car was not ready. More

Our salesman Jamie was always kind and courteous. The finance department and sales managers, on the other hand, were not so nice. The first time I tried to buy a 2023 Niro Hybrid, the interest rates kept changing every time I spoke with John one of the Finance Managers. We argued and I called off the sale. A different Sales Manager. Matt, called me and assured me the interest rates would stop changing. He seemed nice enough and I scheduled delivery. On the day of delivery, I was told, a “manager” had somehow taken the keys to my new car “home.” Blasius told me we could finalize the deal and I would still drive my old car home. They would bring me the new car on Monday. I didn’t like that. I asked why the “manager” couldn’t be called and asked to return the keys. The person who took the keys suddenly turned into someone from the service department. I was told the employee could have left the keys in his pocket, or put them in the wrong car or maybe the keys were even numbered wrong. These employees couldn’t be called because they could be in Maine or on the Cape. It appears there is no accountability by those employees who have access to the new car keys. Now, Matt, who had seemed so nice, became surly and angry. He was more interested in shoving the responsibility for the missing keys onto an employee who couldn’t be reached. He began making foolish declarations like, “I’ll fire the employee on Monday or some of these employees are only twenty-two years of age.” Excuse me? Since when does age have anything to do with accountability? He even tried to put the blame on me saying they had tried to call and tell me of the problem but I didn’t answer my phone. Blasius called me three times Saturday morning. I was busy but I took the first two calls, and neither was about “missing keys” By the time I received the third call, I was driving to Watertown and I don’t answer my phone while I am driving. Through all of this, Jamie remained quiet and courteous. I told him I was sorry he wouldn’t receive the commission for selling me the car and it was not his fault. If I could buy a car without dealing with the sales managers and finance managers, I might do that but all of them seemed more interested in arguing with me than selling me a new car. I would caution anyone who wants to work with Blasius to be very careful. I read several reviews online and many others have found Blasius to be hard to deal with in various ways. We have a 2014 Kia Forte Koup. We have bought parts and had service done in Watertown. The parts department and the service department have been very helpful and courteous. However, the sales managers and finance managers are another story. In the end, we decided, no keys, no car, no sale. More
The used vehicle service department failed me numerous times and lied about fixing the issues I brought my vehicle in for. Untrustworthy dealership at best times and lied about fixing the issues I brought my vehicle in for. Untrustworthy dealership at best More
The worst experience I've ever had purchasing a car. The sales person couldn't get my insurance straightened out so I had to do it on my own. The financial manager cracked a "joke" about the Jack Daniel's bottle in his desk, followed promptly by him asking if I drink. After having the car for less than 30 days, my dashboard lit up with 4 different lights and Kia wanted $150 just to run the diagnostics, and wouldn't take the (free) diagnostics that Auto Zone had already run, which stated it was an easily fixable issue. They also hit several snags with my family member's purchase, including neglecting to get it registered for the day they said they would, on top of forgetting to actually give her the registration upon purchase. The sales person neglected to tell my family member that her car wasn't ready, then didn't bother apologizing for the "miscommunication" when we went to pick up the cars (neither of which were ready when they were supposed to be). Neither car had a full tank of gas, despite the promise that they would. Multiple issues came up with both cars after purchase and no one responded to emails. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Had a pretty positive sales experience, I liked my salesman and he was pretty honest and straightforward. However, I allowed myself to be talked into purchasing 2 optional warranties (my own fault, I salesman and he was pretty honest and straightforward. However, I allowed myself to be talked into purchasing 2 optional warranties (my own fault, I should have known better as theses are almost always scams). One is for "free" oil changes, the other is for "free" tires. This dealership is about 30 minutes away from my home, and I was told by the finance manager that in order to utilize the oil change warranty, I would be able to go to a different Blasius dealer, like the one in my hometown. This turned out to be a 100% lie. When I pointed this out to the finance manager, I was told I should be able to cancel this optional warranty, due to dishonest sales tactics. However, after many calls and emails, the dealer eventually ignored me and this fell by the wayside. You also end up waiting almost 2 hours for an oil change, and this is with an appointment. The tire warranty is even worse... I had some wear on my front tires, so I was told by the service department that they would replace those 2 front tires for free using the optional warranty. I made an appointment, and waited well over 2 hours just to have the 2 tires put on. This is for an AWD vehicle, and when I got the car back, I was surprised to see that the 2 new tires did not match the ones currently on the vehicle. I don't know much about cars, but I know that having mismatched tires on an AWD vehicle is definitely not good. In addition to that, the new tires were slightly over inflated, and the 2 rear tires were way underinflated. Now my rear tires were already underinflated when I brought the car in, I have no doubt. But the fact that the service team, after having my car for almost 2.5 hours couldn't match up the tire pressure on all 4 tires, is shocking. On my way home from the dealer, my car was shaking pretty bad on the highway. This is a 1 year old car with 25k miles, and it had definitely never had that problem before. The worst part is, the "free" tire warranty, they charge you $75 per tire to install them... So in addition to the monthly fees added on to your loan, you have to pay $75 per tire... In other words, I paid way more for those 2 tires than I would have buying them from my local tire shop- and had I gone that route I have no doubt they could have handled getting the tire pressure correct, and in a lot less time than 2.5 hours. The fact that this dealership actively tries to scam all their customers by pushing these dishonest, scam warranties should give anyone pause. I would HIGHLY recommend purchasing your Kia elsewhere. In trying to bring this to the management's attention, I was largely ignored, and offered no solutions whatsoever. More
