Test drove a car and immediately knew it was the car I wanted. Tried to give them a $2000 deposit multiple times to hold the car until we could get the financing portion handled. They didn’t accept my deposit and told me to wait for the credit check to come back. Never received a call back, so I called them, and was told they sold the vehicle to someone else last night. I tried multiple times to give them a hefty deposit, and was actively trying to purchase the vehicle. They dragged me around for an entire week just to sell it from underneath me. What a xxxxxxxx operation. I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone. They basically told me I was xxxx out of luck and it won’t happen again. They’re xxxx right it won’t happen again because myself, or anyone else I can spread the word to, will not be going there for any kind of business. More
Went to pick up car(used) got in to leave and windshield was broken. To make it worse, the check engine light went on before we got out of the parking lot, obviously recently reset. Got home to take a look was broken. To make it worse, the check engine light went on before we got out of the parking lot, obviously recently reset. Got home to take a look under the hood and removed the engine cover to find a gigantic mouse nest with living critters in it. So much for their 150 point inspection that they showed us, with all the “satisfactory “ boxes checked.(what else did they miss) Not happy at all. I know it’s a used car but I would expect more from a dealership than this. Not happy at all. I would expect something like this from a shady used car lot, not a dealer. Will never go back More

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. My company purchased a vehicle from here and it has been a nightmare since. It was purchased in November 2021, since then we have only been able to d My company purchased a vehicle from here and it has been a nightmare since. It was purchased in November 2021, since then we have only been able to drive it for about 2 and a half months. We start off with some power issues we bring it 2 separate times OURSELVES because whenever we reach out for an appointment they don’t reply. They are quick to reply when you want to buy but slow for service. Eventually after “repairing” it wrong multiple times, we go back there and they say it’s good to go. We get in the van and after five minutes of the car idling the check engine light is on. They didn’t fix anything. It went to them with a check engine light which of course magically disappeared. It was a misfiring code on 2 separate cylinders and it was burning white smoke (oil) out of the exhaust. Not an easy thing to miss at all. Of course now it needs an engine they get it replaced, the van was running ok for about a month and then stops working again. We contact them and wait 5 days and still never heard back, I had to bring it there myself again because they never called back or replied to emails. We took it to a local mechanic near us and he diagnosed that the engine was no good. I get there and I tell them the story after month and months of dealing with the van having issues and there’s no remorse or anything for all the inconveniences we have had to deal with. DO NOT GO HERE FOR SERVICE, Luis the service manager is awful, will look at you like you’re an idiot, not say anything professional to help you in your situation and getting him to reply to anything or even send records is IMPOSSIBLE. Spoke with Carman the GM who I had to find in the other store he manages because he would not reply to calls or emails either. And when I spoke to him he knew all about this issue but never talked to us about what was going to happen moving forward. This is by far the WORST dealership I’ve ever seen and many others in the past few months would agree. More

Easy purchase of vehicle went in around noon and left with a new vehicle around 5pm. Fairly simple not to many hoops to jump through and the finance office was fairly low pressure and straight up. However I was able to refinance after the fact for 2% less. Other than that it was a pretty good experience. More
I had a fantastic experience with Alexis Loomis as she was very accomodating to my schedule based on my distance from the dealership. She kept me apprised of the availability to pick up my car once purchased since it needed to have some interior body work done to make it complete. Tony Coma was pleasurable to work with during the paperwork phase of the purchase and was very informative. All in all a very smooth purchase of this automobile. Highly recommend them for a used vehicle. More
The car-buying experience was not bad at all, not like other places I’ve experienced… but there definitely didn’t seem to be any sense of urgency in getting me into the car I purchased. Mind you, I purchased a 13-year-old car, but it was still a big deal for me and I kept having to go back and forth between the dealership and the finance company — and I wasn’t getting answers from anyone, so I was always the one having to call them. I can almost guarantee that if I had purchased a $30,000+ car as opposed to a $6,000 car, there wouldn’t have been such a delay and lack of communication. Plus, the general manager even gave me his number and when I called him, there was no answer and no call back… Not the worst dealership experience I’ve had, but also not the best. More
