We had the worst experience with Kaylee. She is the worst sales associate we’ve ever worked with. We understand that people have to learn and be new, but she is absolutely horrible. I still have a light on my dash, they’re the absolute worst. Don’t waste your time or money. We will never shop here in the future. Had a terrible experience recently Monday 8/2/2021. Exercise caution if purchasing a used car from this dealership. I test drove a 2017 Nissan Sentra SR turbo, $14,972, 44,330 miles, vin #3N1CB7AP2HY Exercise caution if purchasing a used car from this dealership. I test drove a 2017 Nissan Sentra SR turbo, $14,972, 44,330 miles, vin #3N1CB7AP2HY256401, Stock #Z360 The salesman Pat first took the car to put gas in it and the transmission would grind putting it into 3rd and told me it was probably the synch ring. The vehicle had huge scratches down both sides of the car, missing a grill in the front and rear bumper was separating from the trunk. Other than that it was perfect, lol. I asked if I could take it to my mechanic and body shop which they allowed. Long story short It needs $1,000 in mechanical work since the transmission must be removed in order to replace the synch rings and $3,700 in body work. Pat spoke to the manager who decided it required to much work and would not be fixing the car or adjusting the price. He said they may have to wholesale it. Two days later the General Manager Carman Dragone sends me an email asking what specifically prevented me from purchasing the vehicle. I responded Pat said you did not want to make those repairs nor did you want to adjust the price. Is this correct? Carman said yes that is correct. When we have a chance we will assess any mechanical issues the car has and go from there. I can't figure out why any reputable General Manager would bother to ask the question if they already know the answer. I see the car still listed for sale same price. Please don't waste your time doing business with this company. More

As someone who does copious research, I appreciated Dave’s wide knowledge of cars and by listening to our buying criteria, he presented a vehicle we absolutely loved on the first test drive. I recommend visiting a Blasius lot near you if you’re in the hunt for a used car. Their easy going manner and liberal test drive policy will delight you. More
The WORST and the MOST unprofessional experience we have ever had at a dealership. Blasius contacted us in regards to a Kelley Blue Book cash offer for our truck. I SPECIFICALLY told him that I wasn’t int ever had at a dealership. Blasius contacted us in regards to a Kelley Blue Book cash offer for our truck. I SPECIFICALLY told him that I wasn’t interested in the offer because it was too low ($8,300), he asked how much was I looking for and I gave him a figure. He stated that if I wanted the figure I was expecting that he would need to see the car and drive it. We drove 40 minutes to this dealership, he never came out of his office to greet us/introduce himself (he sent a sales rep to speak to us) after 35 minutes of waiting after he requested a copy of my driver’s license and keys to my truck he low balled me at ($7,700)!!! He NEVER came out of his office to look at the truck or drive it!!!! I denied the $8,300 offer for a reason and again, specifically told him on thr phone when he called that I am not interested in the offer but had me go there to only WASTE my time and give me an ever LOWER offer. The truck is in above average condition! This guy should not be working there! That was REALLY BAD business! More
