Every individual was courteous, warm and friendly. I felt extremely comfortable while Rob B. clearly explained the benefits of driving the chevy equinox that I eventually bought. Vinnie, the finance manager, extremely comfortable while Rob B. clearly explained the benefits of driving the chevy equinox that I eventually bought. Vinnie, the finance manager, was cordial and crystal clear with his explanation on purchasing the car. I had no plans on buying the car that day but the equinox and the offer perfectly fit my needs. I hope many potential buyers at least stop by and check this dealership. They may leave without a purchase, but they'll be treated with respect and warmth where not many businesses can match. Thank you Rob! More
Sales side went great!! Pat O. is great to deal with. I have to question the service dept. on their thoroughness of the before sale inspection. Four days after receiving truck the battery died and front C have to question the service dept. on their thoroughness of the before sale inspection. Four days after receiving truck the battery died and front CV axle had to be replaced due to clunking noise. This was quite inconvenient seeing the dealership is 1.5 hours away. More

I tried to buy a 2017 Lexus gs350 awd from this place using my own bank as the loan provider and it was the worst experience of my life first I live 2 hours away from this dealership and I went there spe using my own bank as the loan provider and it was the worst experience of my life first I live 2 hours away from this dealership and I went there specifically because of this car after I agreed to purchase they refuse to give me a purchase and sales agreement for to take it to my bank in order to get the loan instead they just printed the car value on a piece of paper and said that was enough after I went to my bank they told me that in fact o did need the purchase and sales agreement to get the loan, I called then over the phone and they send me a text with the picture of the purchase and sales agreement then I got the check and went straight there another 2 hours from mass to Connecticut to deliver the check and get the car paperwork in order for me to register the vehicle since I am from out of state I would have to do all the registration process myself they refused to take my check from me and and claimed that they need my insurance and banking information in order to sell me the car because they claimed that if I didn’t register the car on time my bank would cancel the check after they cash it and would ask for the money back from than. I tried to explain to then that what they were saying didn’t make any sense because if I don’t register the vehicle the bank would have a problem with me the person who took the loan and not the cat seller but still they refused to listen to me then I canceled the purchase and went back to my bank DCU the next day to return the check and ask for information in regards to this the bank manager told me that what they said didn’t made any sense. The bank would never go after the seller for whatever reason all they had to do is finish the sell and then is all on me. I feel extremely humiliated with all this situation, I basically been called a scammer. I lol pursue legal action against this dealership because I believe I was a victim of racism and prejudice plus all the time and money all lost on this useless situation. They don’t know how to handle business in this place if it’s a little bit different from what they are used to. My bank manager even tried to contact them the next day to explain the situation but couldn’t get a hold of anyone over the phone worst place ever. More
They knew nothing about electric cars. I should have done more research before purchasing a Nissan Leaf. I have found that the car battery pack Degredates with time and charging it a lot. The battery pack co more research before purchasing a Nissan Leaf. I have found that the car battery pack Degredates with time and charging it a lot. The battery pack costs $8,000 to replace. I can go only 47 miles before I have to find a place to recharge. So in other words I can’t go far. Sucks More
