Mark thanks so much for taking the time to write this review and bringing this to our attention. We will definitely find a loophole in our process that allowed this to slip by.

Thanks so much for letting us know how you feel about this situation. We did tell you several times we would need to submit your paperwork to guarantee the lien from another bank. You cannot take the title and all the paperwork, we have to register the vehicle when there is a lien. Please see the Mass statute where it clearly defines a dealers role when selling a vehicle with a lien. It's clear. https://malegislature.gov/Laws/GeneralLaws/PartI/TitleXIV/Chapter90D/Section16 We also warned you several times, in person and recorded phone calls, that we would not be able to just give you the title without the lien being secured at the RMV and you still chose to make the drive down. Banks expect there to be liens placed on vehicles they loan money on, failure to do that would be a break of our fiduciary duty to lending institutions and we are not willing to break that for anyone. I'm sorry we are not willing to do that, the only way to guarantee the lien be placed is if we register the vehicle per Massachusetts statutes.

Hi David Laguna, thank you for taking the time to write this. We did disclose to you the fact that the battery would not last for more then 30 miles. When it was new it only got 70 miles from a charge and that was probably not accurate. We told you that you would have to charge it before you got home to the Bronx. We told you everything you needed to know in advance. Three different people heard Kaylee taking the time to explain this to you, clearly. Unfortunately, like we explained, battery technology in 2012 is nothing like it is in todays vehicles.

Battery and battery pack are two different types of batteries. I’m glad 3 different people heard hear say battery not battery pack.

We completely disclosed the range the vehicle may or may not have. We were 100% honest and disclosed everything like we would for any customer any time.
