I purchased a SUV on 1/15/2022 from Alexis. What was supposed to be a quick process took 5.5 hours. The plates transfer form wasn't properly filled out and I now have a SUV parked in my driveway. It can supposed to be a quick process took 5.5 hours. The plates transfer form wasn't properly filled out and I now have a SUV parked in my driveway. It cannot be legally driven. I made countless calls between Brookfield and the head office. I have an email out to Alexis, and yet I am in the dark. I know no more today than i did last week. Communication doesn't appear to be a strength here. More
