After spending over $36k I discovered some safety issues that needed to be addressed within weeks thank you for taking care of my new ram 1500 truck. Carman was very understanding had taken care of all the necessary items my mechanic pointed out. (They included 75% towards the purchase of 3 new tires I bought on my own, 2 new front struts, a brand new oil pan, and undercoated my entire truck at dealer cost of $200) not to mention that my truck was delivered back to my house within 24 hours of dropping all washed and detailed as promised.
