Very deceptive car lot employees, Would not trust anything that they say and can only image the quality of the vehicles being sold there. Buyers stay away. More
I purchased a used tuck from here, with the agreement that I would pick it up 4 days later. On that day I was told the truck wasn't ready, and would be ready either the next day or the day after and the that I would pick it up 4 days later. On that day I was told the truck wasn't ready, and would be ready either the next day or the day after and they would be able to deliver it. Two days came and went, and not a word from Blasius. I called the sales person and left a message, never got a call back. I waited 4 more days with no word, called and left message with sales person. No response. Left message with manager, no response. Went online to their website, and salesperson who is ghosting me IM's me with out knowing it was me! Finally tells me they were waiting on a part to fix the truck. Could have easily called and kept me updated, but chose not to. Fast forward two days, salesperson leaves me a message that truck is ready, I can pick up the next day (supposed to be delivered). Another go round follows of calling Blasius to try and speak to someone and getting the run around/no response from receptionists/managers'/sales person (had to call 18 times!) until finally the salesperson calls me to say she will call me the next morning to arrange delivery. Waited to 2PM the next day, no call. Finally drove there (over an hour away). Told them I wanted my truck, salesperson said they weren't expecting me today (!!!). And the icing on the cake.... THE TRUCK STILL WASN'T FIXED!!!!!! They wanted me to wait while they fixed it! (and we saw parts delivery car arriving when we finally left!). Luckily the manager returned our deposit and let us out of the deal. In 30 years of buying cars, this was the absolute worst experience I've ever had with a dealership. I've never had a harder time trying to give a $42,000 sale to a business. The final laugh, Manager told me they were in business for 100 years, and they were "not a fly by night operation". Hey, all I have to judge that by is how they treated me, 2 weeks of time wasted! Absolute nightmare that could have been avoided with a 10 second phone call. More
They advertised the car with working AC. I told him that it didn’t seem as though AC was working but it was too cold at the time to tell, being February. They assured me that it was working I told him that it didn’t seem as though AC was working but it was too cold at the time to tell, being February. They assured me that it was working but if for any reason it wasn’t working that they’d fix it for me free of charge. I purchased the car, and a few days later, it was a warm day and I could tell that the AC indeed wasn’t working. I called them up expecting them to honor the agreement, but instead I was told after much back and forth that they won't fix it even though they falsely advertised it with working AC. More
Celine and the team at a ladies worked with me from all the way in Colorado. I flew out and picked up the car with no issues. They even did an oil change and brakes before I started the 2500 mile drive hom the way in Colorado. I flew out and picked up the car with no issues. They asked me to remove a bad honest review in which they agreed on offering me the 2014 cts I was interested in buying for cash. They originally were charging me more because I didn't need their financial s agreed on offering me the 2014 cts I was interested in buying for cash. They originally were charging me more because I didn't need their financial services. Since they get a kick back from their Finance company. We agreed on a price, then they decided to add Additional costs. They were charging me $200 for Vin Etching of which by law is a option for me, not them. The sales person said it was done on all their cars. They said," VIN Etching is on every vehicle. It is not something we can remove. Every vehicle gets VIN Etch. Every customer pays for that is 100% non negotiable". After I disagreed with them, they stated.. " I am sorry you feel that way. It is definitely not a scam and every dealership in the state of CT places VIN Etch on their vehicles as it is becoming a required feature." *This isn't the Law in Connecticut. The law states "The service needs to be offered" This is what they sent me... Proc/Doc Fees.. $698.72 VIN ETCH.. $199 Government FEES.. $390.00 (What ever this is and should be covered in Proc/Doc fees) They're just making up for the loss of their financing loss. More
