Because the dealership wasn't wiling to replace this item, I paused the negotiation. After I found out that I could purchase the missing tablet online, I went back to David and he instantly picked up our discussions from that point. Within 96 hours, I sent a deposit and the vehicle was delivered to me in 72 hours by Mohamed from 4 hours away. David made the whole purchase process painless and enjoyable.
