I've gone from a service department saying, "we don't know what else to do" to one saying "let's at least keep trying". Rick Ann has been professional and genuinely concerned about my problem. The techs have also been invested in finding a solution. I'm not sure if it's the small town mentality, but I like the effort I've seen. While my issue is not yet resolved, I don't have the feeling I have been abandoned. More
