The sales representative was unprofessional and the overall experience was awful. The vehicle I originally came to test drive and potentially purchase didn’t even start and had to be jumped. The vehicle kept cutting off in the middle of the test drive and back to the dealership. The car I had chosen seemed okay until three days later the serpentine belt broke and I replaced it. I contacted the sales representative about the belt issue and was promised a refund for the cost of the belt but also in the process learned that the loan hasn’t been finalized. The Rep said “How about this? I’ll give you the refund if you send me a third pay stub for the loan company.” It’s been almost a month and I haven’t heard anything back from the Rep after I left messages and emails. But a day or two later after this incident, the loan company contacts me saying they never received the pay stub and my employer information has not been verified. More
Took almost 8 weeks to get three things fixed on the car. Because we were a warranty claim we kept getting pushed to the bottom of the pile. He assumed there was a hole in the A/C before it was even looked at. Took them two weeks to find someone to drive the car over to KIA in Suffolk and another week to find someone to go pick it up. They sold us a gold standard warranty with a $100 deductible per shop visit and would not honor the warranty and tried to get us to pay over $1200. We had to get the sales manager involved and ended up still paying$400. it was a long-drawn-out ordeal that was not necessary. Thank goodness the sales manager still works there. He was our saving grace. More
