Stopped in to get a replacement bulb for a burned out front headlamp in my daughters Hyundai that she purchased a year or so ago from Blaize Alexander. I had called around 4:45pm to inquire as to whether the correct bulb was in stock as I had already stopped at 2 car parts stores earlier that day- The person I spoke to , Josh Gilmore said that even though the department was closing at 5pm I should come ahead and stop in that they would still be there until 5:30. I stopped by and purchased the bulb and asked if they had any idea if it was difficult to install- Josh and the other employee(?) said they would help me to install it but actually they just installed it for me. My daughter was headed out of town and it really made me feel appreciative that someone would take the extra step to help a customer out. I have consistently noticed this really good service every time we have stopped at that dealership. Bill Reilly waiting on us when we began searching for a used car and he was also very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. More
This is the second vehicle I have purchased from a Blaise Alexander Dealership. My first purchase was made at the Toyota store in Selinsgrove. Because my buying experience with John Broome was so positive and professional, I had no issues driving to State College to purchase my next vehicle (a used 2010 Toyota Highlander LTD) last month. When I called John a few months ago, I advised him of my preference in a used vehicle. Not long after that conversation, he e-mailed me with a picture and description of the vehicle that was traded that very day. After realzing the vehicle was exactly what I wanted, I made the drive to State College to trade and pick up the vehicle. The entire process was seamless. I, honestly, cannot recall a better car-buying experience (from the greeting, reception, financial intake, to possession) in my 25 years of driving. No doubt, I could've easily went back to the Toyota store to find the vehicle I ultimately purchased, but the prior experience with John was so positive that driving 90-minutes to State college was never even a question in my mind. There are dealerships everywhere. Buying a car is not about convenience in location - it is about working with someone you fully trust and respect, and I value and respect John's opinion and advice. Your dealership will continue to have my loyalty, so long as John Broome is working for your team! More
