My wife + I visited local Hyundai distributors and couldn't strike a deal with any of them. When we contacted Blaise-Alexander in State College via InterNet Sales, we were introduced to Kristi. Kristi worked with us on the car + price we wanted and within 3 emails my wife + I headed to State College(a 2.5hr drive) to finalize the deal and drive our new Elantra back home. Kevin, the Sales Consultant, was there to provide us with a comprehensive owner orientation that helped us enjoy the car even more. He answered and anticipated all of our questions. Kristi + Kevin as a team, made the new car experience relaxed and memorable. They elevated our previous opinion of "car salespeople" to .... friends! More
We walked on to the Blaise Alexander lot "just looking", thinking we would buy a new car in June 2012. Rusty met us within 30 seconds of getting out of our 2004 Camry. After explaining what we were looking for, Rusty showed us 3 Hyundais, two Sonatas and one Elantra. We drove the Sonatas. The 2012 Sonata Limited met most of our requirements. Then we sat down to discuss the "bottom line" with Rusty and Jack Galloway. We got a deal that we couldn't refuse. ( But we did go back to Clearfield to mull it over, knowing full well we were going to buy it.) We returned the next day to meet with Rusty to clear up questions that we had. Joe Giardino completed the paperwork for us. Rusty was GREAT to work with. He has a super,honest,relaxed,knowledgable demeaner. We did not feel any pressure. The product was there. He made it available to us. He explained everything we needed to know. As we were leaving the dealership, Rusty introduced us to the other departments. No one has ever done that for me.
