Finally found a truck in our budget, told him we would be there at 5 with a check for this truck, he would have everything ready. When we arrived nothing was ready, he never called for payoffs, had druck detailed, never even put the deal to his sales manager. We wasted almost 2 hours of that day, never again will I go back. Matt and the manager went above and beyond but I was not willing to separate with my truck. Nothing against the people there as they made an offer almost anyone else would have accepted in a heartbeat! I wi willing to separate with my truck.
