Elaine was extremely knowledgeable and polite about helping us understand the pricing and how I had the pleasure of working with Elaine at BZ Motors. Elaine was extremely knowledgeable and polite about helping us understand the pricing and how manufacturer rebates could be applied. She was quick to respond and always very transparent about what could or could not be done. Elaine DOES NOT leverage the typical dealer tactics; like refusing to discuss the details of a deal unless you come in for a visit, not providing a price breakdown sheet, or stalling till the end of the month to talk about a deal. I really can't say enough positive things about Elaine. I'm sure she embodies the overall buyer experience for all of BZ Motors as well. We reached out to BZ while were searching for left over 2019's and the Pacifica we wanted wasn't on the lot, so ultimately we didn't have the opportunity to purchase from her.
