Scott Bennett (GM) and Don Seebold (salesman) were incredibly responsive by email and phone. We reached a great out the door deal on a used Mazda CX-9 (an SUV this Jeep/Chrysler dealership usually does not sell). On top of that, Scott and Don were very accommodating in allowing a pre-purchase inspection 30 minutes away. Their dealership drove the vehicle down without issue from the nearby Mazda dealer and later picked it up (and the independent check up found no issues with the car). When we got there Saturday, we were treated in a very friendly and open manner. When I identified one last minute roadblock, Scott approached it frankly and was able to resolve it to my satisfaction (including a follow through a few days later). Dan the Finance Manager was also not pushy at all and did not make us sit through an annoying presentation. I have dealt with some awful dealerships in the past. Many try to rip you off and don't keep your word. This is not one of those dealerships. I liked they way they did business and I'm happy to recommend them, especially if you live in Central Pennsylvania. More
