We were VERY DISAPPOINTED in our experience with BZ Motors , we drove a long distance for a specific vehicle and scheduled a time and date. When we arrived the vehicle was not serviced for us to buy. We were kept waiting hours after our credit was approved to actually be given the vehicle. There were no apologies or complimentary drinks or anything, as a matter of fact, my husband was diabetic and not feeling well and we were taken to a vending machine, did not even offer a glass of water, even the penny dollar store candy in a basket was not free. They only had 3 other couples there in the hours we were there and we feel the HUGE time delay was not acceptable. Only after I asked to speak to management were things processed quickly. More
