He was great to deal with, a really nice guy. The truck was up front when I got there and we pretty much got down to business. The whole process took less than 2 hours. They honored my Kelley Blue Book trade-in appraisal. I got a decent finance rate I could live with. I did not feel any pressure to buy. I only felt a little pressure in the finance department when they try to sell you the "extra" stuff. Overall, it was a great experience. Oh, the coffee was great, too. More
