Terrible, although I ok with the price and trade in value, the salesman and finance manager were only concerned about them getting paid from Stelantis for a good inspection and good survey. The truck was not ready for it to be taken right away and I was told I would have to wait an hour for the battery to be charged. I waited 1 1/2 hrs and then lost patience I told them they needed to install a new battery. They refused. I said bring my truck around front now I can’t wait any longer. No help with anything else like connecting my phone or how any of the features work. Here are your keys figure it out yourself! Terrible ! More
