This was my 3rd visit to this dealership for service. The first two visits were uneventful, but this last one is still haunting me and I will not ever return to Blackwell. I asked (kindly) for a status The first two visits were uneventful, but this last one is still haunting me and I will not ever return to Blackwell. I asked (kindly) for a status update on my vehicle when I noticed it still sitting where I had left it 45 minutes before. My question was interrupted and I was spoken to very rudely be the service advisor, Bianca. Assuming she must have misunderstood, I tried to calmly ask restate my question…which again was simply a request for a status update. It was 11:45 and I had arrived on time for my 11am appointment. I was repeatedly told (in an elevated, angry voice) that they do not take appointments and they had no idea I was coming…Bianca included several condescending and rude remarks as she yelled at me. I tried to tell her that I was confused because I made an appointment on their website and had received multiple reminders. That just made her more elevated. I extracted myself and went back to the waiting area. Minutes later, the customer service manager came and asked to talk to me. I told her exactly what happened and she basically defended Bianca, even letting me know that she had Brianna listed as “Rockstar” in her phone contacts because she is that amazing. I never got an apology…just a lot of whispering and side eyes from all the employees while I waited 3.5 hours for a simple oil change and inspection. I will also add that this dealership likes to make customers think that their vehicle will not pass inspection without “this” or “that” purchase of parts. They say, “it’s up to you, but we will have to pull the inspection sticker if you don’t do it”. It happened to me with wipers (which would have passed!) and I heard them say they same to other customers during my 3.5 hour wait. I’ve owned vehicles for 30 years and have never experienced such treatment. I respect myself too much to be at their mercy ever again. I am writing this review from 45 miles up the road at a different dealership where I am waiting on my Jeep Gladiator. Th experience at this location has been the polar opposite of what I went though at Blackwell. Go anywhere but Blackwell. Anywhere. More
