Purchasing a new Dodge Caravan from Blackwell Dodge Great dealing with Al and Tony. They didn't have the van that I wanted so they found one at another dealership. My fault that I didn't ask to see the Great dealing with Al and Tony. They didn't have the van that I wanted so they found one at another dealership. My fault that I didn't ask to see the window sticker to see how it was equipped but they didn"t tell how the one was equipped that they found either so I assumed they had the same features. The reason they had the find another one at another dealership was I wanted second row bucket seats. and the only thing they had was the bench seat. When I picked it up it didn't have some features that was on the one I had tried out plus it hadn't been cleaned up so we had too wait about 45 minutes for them to do this. More

Dissatisfied After my 2nd oil change with only 14,000 miles on my jeep renegade we noticed an oil leak and took pics. Made an appointment for that Friday to have i After my 2nd oil change with only 14,000 miles on my jeep renegade we noticed an oil leak and took pics. Made an appointment for that Friday to have it checked out since it’s still under warranty. The service claimed to not see any sign of an oil leak even after seeing the pics. They put a dye in the oil and told me to come back in a week to have it checked again. After the 2nd appointment to have this looked into the service department still claims there is no leak. I take it to a local shop put it on a lift and guess what we see... the same oil leak that this incompetent service department “could not see”. Needless to say we will be calling the vehicle warranty department to report issues with our vehicle and the issues with this dealership. Very unhappy More

Service for flat tire I brought my 2017 Jeep Renegade Sport in to Blackwell Automotive to have my flat right rear tire fixed. I was told that I had a nail in the sidewall o I brought my 2017 Jeep Renegade Sport in to Blackwell Automotive to have my flat right rear tire fixed. I was told that I had a nail in the sidewall of my tire and it could not be patched, it needed to be replaced. I left my Jeep at the service department with the assurance that it would be ready on Monday. When I arrived at 2:00pm to pick up my Jeep, it was not ready. I waited for it. My Jeep was FINALLY ready at 5:15pm I was not able to do what I needed to do to get ready for a family Christmas party until Tuesday morning. More

First oil change - it was FREE 0-20W Synthetic Got there unannounced at 8am and I was out by 845am. Waiting area is nice, open, airy, well appointed, and comfortable. The upholstered chairs show a little wear and tear but are very comfortable. There's a table and chairs and also a device charging station on the counter. There's a good flat screen HD TV which was tuned to apolitical HGTV, and really good cup of coffee that I found out came from Aldi. There was Sweet'n'Low but no Splenda. Creamer was French Vanilla but I would've rather had regular. The layout of the dealership is very open and I like that. The service waiting area is not stuffed in a corridor as an afterthought with furniture that looks like it came from a flea market and a 30 year old analog TV. It seems there's a level of pride at this dealership. Service order paperwork is detailed and complete. Everyone who works there acts as if they want you to be satisfied with their work and appreciate your business. More
