I went there to get my car fix. Having issues getting to car to start. Once they had it they charge me for 2 hour diagnostic service fee for $229.00. Then they show me the diagnostic codes an never replace car to start. Once they had it they charge me for 2 hour diagnostic service fee for $229.00. So once I got in it an drove it for a hour. The problem started back up and still continuing now after two weeks later. Marty was my case maintenance service worker. An he keeps giving me the run around about the situation when I keep telling him that it’s the BCM that’s cause it to have the staring issues. Im supposed to go back in a week back up there I don’t that it’s “FAIR” to a customer to have to pay for a issue again that should have been fix the first time. I not trying to sound mean or hate towards Blackwell but if this DOESNT GET FIX this time. I will report this company to the BBB an other service rating venues. More
