I refuse to pay all of this should have been checked before the vehicle was put on lot for sale. van hasn't been driven over 15 times in 2 months. They want me to pay $170 for break pads. This is the 3rd van we have purchased from Blackwell y'all have went from sugar to xxxx. More

At the time of the transaction, I was given mixed information about manufacturer's corrosion warranty/terms and had to take it upon myself to research this further before purchasing the vehicle. All and all, the process was fair, fast, and I don't regret the decision to purchase my vehicle. I'd only ask that the sales staff be better versed on the used vehicles they carry on the lot, so we don't have to trust Google for warranty terms with long-term implications. More

This is my 2nd purchase from Blackwell and during both experiences the salesman Trey and the members of finance worked with me to not only find the vehicle I wanted but with financing I could afford. I definitely will be back again if I decide to upgrade later or if anyone in my home is looking to purchase a vehicle. I highly recommend them to all my family friends ! More
