My Chrysler Pacifica has had chronic problems since the day I bought it. I purchased it new. Everyone at this dealership is very friendly, but no one can solve the underlying issues. Chrysler has not supported the dealership with good tech support. My van has had problems spontaneously starting, cutting off unexpectedly, auto stop start issues, unable to hold a radio station, opens doors when it wants, keeps doors closed when it wants, clunks and lurches when changing gears occasionally, shifts like a school bus more often, sometimes the volume refuses to work, sometimes gives me a blue screen when backing up, gas throttle warning lights stays on occasionally.......of course during a quick test drive it usually behaves. Chrysler has no solution for the radio problems, but reluctantly acknowledged that it was an ongoing issue. At the end of the day, I am so thankful that I do not have bigger problems. We are healthy and happy. More
