Everything was fine until I pulled out of the parking lot. No I didn't by a brand new vehicle, but in my eyes I paid a lot of money for my dream jeep(2012). So wouldn't you expect two keys? Or be notified prior to purchasing the vehicle that you would only be receiving one key? NOPE! I contacted my salesman, Justin Foster and explained to him that it was never disclosed to me that I would only be receiving one key. His response was "oh yeah those keys are around $300." After that conversation I never heard back from Justin. I spoke with a nice fella in the service department, he said he would check on the key... Never heard from him either. I left a voicemail about the key and that I had not received my tags yet and they were to expire in two days... No call back but they did mail me my tags. My husband also asked about the key and never received an answer or call back. To be honest, a compromise is all I was looking for. So what I took out of this purchasing experience.... Blackwell Automotive is NOT for the people. Because if they were, a call back or answer would be nice. And if you think you're going to get top notch service because you are going to a large dealership... Think again. -DeAnna E. More
