The oil change was 45 minutes long and it was done incorrectly. If I had not stop to buy a lottery ticket the engine would have locked lup because oil was leaking out!! Had to be towed back to dealership to for a second oil change and engine washed, this took another 45 minutes. I feel like we were being rushed because it was near closings and xmas eve!! But the service manager was wonderful she made sure everything was made right!! More
