We first made contact with Gary almost 3 months ago and there wasn’t a car on the lot that we liked, he kept sending info and pics of Camaros that came in, but again, nothing that we wanted until the last there wasn’t a car on the lot that we liked, he kept sending info and pics of Camaros that came in, but again, nothing that we wanted until the last time. Once we got on the lot, he pulled it around and had us in for a test drive I’m just a few minutes. That sealed the deal for me! Next Jason took over and we chatted about price and rates and after a bit of a discussion we got the deal where it was manageable. Communication was minimal. I had to call another mechanic to explain the work that needs to be done on the invoice I was given. My service advisor was almost non existent. Will most likely go to a different dealership moving forward. I was also supposed to get a call from the service manager to explain my issues with the truck and transfer me to another advisor to continue the work. I never got a call back from the manager either. Same horrible service that was provided previously under Michaels Chev. Guess the new owner hasn't' changed anything. More
