Communication was minimal. I had to call another mechanic to explain the work that needs to be done on the invoice I was given. My service advisor was almost non existent. Will most likely go to a different dealership moving forward. I was also supposed to get a call from the service manager to explain my issues with the truck and transfer me to another advisor to continue the work.
